"Mary Grace Ney at State Farm on Colby is great. With the rising costs on insurance over the last several years, I switched over from over 30 years with Allstate to State Farm last year 2023. Although my premiums have increased, I still save $$$ that I would have been spending at Allstate. Mary went over my plan with me to show me where I'm sort and where I'm heavy on coverage and the % of increases and why. She is very transparent (which I like and appreciate). I like how it's not all business whenever I go in there. It makes me feel more like a person and not just a #. I haven't had to file a claim, but if I did, I'm 100% confident that Mary would be there to help me through my situation. "I have been with Grace and her team for nearly 20 years. They are very friendly and always willing to help you with your requests or clarify any concerns you may have. Their ability to answer questions is prompt and I've never struggled to get help with something, this whole time. For example, just today, Mary helped me add a policy, over the phone, for our new vehicle and for my spouse very quickly and answered all my additional (potentially tough) questions very succinctly and easily. "TERRIBLE! If you value your sanity do not use this office for your insurance needs. They have screwed me around for 6 months and I finally had enough and canceled. Office staff is extremely rude and will blatantly lie to you, and when you question the lie they get angry and yell that they never said that (I record my calls...). When I started my policy for just liability 6 months ago, I was paying $50/month. It has steadily gone up to $90/month with no accidents or tickets on my record. They sneakily added on some optional coverage without my knowledge or consent and lied to me when I called to ask about it. Oh and to top it all off, the actual agent Grace Bocalan, I don't think she even exists. I've called and emailed the office numerous times over the past 6 months and I am always told some story about why she is out of the office. I ask for a call back and they tell me she will be out of the office the entire month. I have never spoked with or seen her and she is supposed to be my agent."
